Laws!

The law that says development needs to be monitored by an on site by Archaeologists and that Archaeological reports must be made available to the public. It took over five years for the Tal-Qares report to finally be released, resulting in irreversible destruction to important archaeological features.

Evidence!

 There is physical, photographic, archival, and folkloric evidence that proves this Mosta area was settled in prehistoric times, as well as Roman! 
In 2014, Area A of Tal-Qares was designated as "High" Archaeological Value!
